Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to request deletion of data 9SpaceLab ChatCenter (FB App ID 3437691783070786) holds about you in connection with Facebook.

Option 1 — Disconnect the Page

If you are a Page admin who connected a Facebook Page to our app:

1. Open Facebook Settings → Business Integrations.
2. Find 9SpaceLab ChatCenter and click Remove.
3. Facebook will revoke the Page Access Token. Our app will stop being able to send/receive messages for that Page.

This automatically invalidates the access token we hold. If you also want us to delete stored conversations and customer profiles related to that Page, send the email below.

Option 2 — Email request

Send an email to hi9space@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request – Facebook App ChatCenter". Include:

• Your Facebook display name (and Page name if applicable)
• The Page ID (or your Page-Scoped ID if you were a customer messaging one of our Pages)
• What you want deleted: tokens, conversation history, customer profile, or all of the above

We process deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email when complete.

What gets deleted

• Page access tokens (encrypted in our database)
• Page metadata (name, fan count, picture URL)
• Conversation records and message history associated with the Page
• Customer profile fields imported from Facebook (name, profile picture URL, locale, gender)
