By connecting a Facebook Page or signing in to 9space.xyz, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The ChatCenter module is an internal customer-support tool for our company and its authorized employees. You may use it to reply to messages received on Facebook Pages you administer and to manage related customer information.
You may not use the service to send spam, deceive customers, distribute malware, harass individuals, violate intellectual-property rights, or any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access for violations.
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. You must obtain any consents required from your customers before importing their data into the platform beyond what Facebook already provides.
We provide the service on a best-effort basis without uptime warranty. Scheduled maintenance and Facebook API changes may cause temporary disruption.
To the maximum extent permitted by Vietnamese law, 9SpaceLab is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
You may stop using the service and disconnect Pages at any time. We may terminate or suspend accounts for violation of these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Vietnam.
